**WHAT YOU GET**

- 30 Minute Fit Chat. We'll talk about goals, equipment, roadblocks (doubts, travel, etc), and expectations. We'll lay out a plan that works for your life. If you can workout 3x for 60 minutes each, great. If not, maybe we'll decide to do 4 workouts for 30 minutes. Workouts made for YOU.

- Weekly check ins. Each week, We'll check in via email or text message. I'm here to answer questions, give pep talks, celebrate successes, and make sure our plan is working. If tweaks need to be made, we'll make them.

- 8 Week Training Plan. Yes... 8 weeks. Even though you have personal access to me for 4 weeks, the workout plan you receive can be used for up to 8 weeks. It will include 3 workouts per week tailored for your goals and abilities.

- Daily access via text message to check in, ask questions, get pep talks and more. Ultimate accountability.

- Macro & Calorie Tracking. If you want to lose weight, counting calories is important. But how many calories should you consume? I'll calculate an estimated amount of calories as well as how much protein, carbohydrates, and fats you should aim for to lose weight at a safe but results driven rate.

- Sample Menu. Be one of the 1st to get access to my brand new recipes for PSER. You'll get 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 5 dinners. And of course a few snacks!

- How to use My Fitness Pal. If you don't know how to use MFP for tracking, I'm happy to show you in a quick video tutorial.

- RESULTS. If you follow the plan and stay in contact with me, you will get results.

- FWW Tank. Once you complete all 4 weeks (and you will), you'll receive a free FWW tank top and sweat towel to show off your FWW success!
