Want to have a mix of both in person and virtual coaching? This is the ultimate option!

Here's how this works...

We'll set up a 30-45 minute Zoom talk to discuss your goals, where you're starting from, what you have available, limitations, etc.

From there, I'll create your first week of workouts, and go over your training plan IN PERSON as well as go over form and train you through the first workout.

From there, you'll take your training plan and do it on your own with me there to help hold you accountable through weekly check-in emails and training diaries. Of course you access access to me to ask questions when you have them.

After 4 weeks, we'll meet again in person to start the second half of your training plan, discuss how nutrition is going, and if we need to make any changes.

All along the way, you get access to me for questions, help and accountability.

Is nutrition included?

Yes, I'll set up your nutrition goals (macros) to focus on your personal goal of weight loss, muscle building, etc.
