Train Like An Athlete

Our intense FREE for all outdoor fitness class at HARMON FIELD is focused on speed, agility, incline work and more. Workouts include running, stairs, body weight moves and more!
This class is open to anyone looking for a full hour of movement!

It is more advanced, and is not trainer led. The coaches will be participating once the workout has been explained and modifications offered.
WE WILL MEET AT THE CORNER OF HAGOOD ST & FISHBURNE ST (right next to the Riverdogs Stadium)
