Join our final challenge of 2018 to not only end the year strong and feeling great, but literally to end the year STRONG.

*6am time is so it is posted on this calendar! COME AT YOUR NORMAL TIME/DAY.

This challenge IS NOT based on the scales but on your personal fitness growth and performance.

From Oct 29 - Dec 22nd, you'll face a number of fun progression workouts to test your strength. Classes will be geared towards improving individual goals/exercises to take your fitness to the next level and finally hit some personal PR's.

QUICK NUTRITION TALK...
Results will not show unless you also put in effort outside of the studio. We'll do weekly nutrition challenges to help clean things up even while in the holiday season.

3. Weekly Fit Quickies... mini "workout homework assignments" each week to do at home. Quick and results driven.
4. Private Facebook Group - For challenge members only!

This challenge is FREE and is for accountability and personal goals instead of prize $ and rewards. Though, there might be some prizes along the way!

This is going to be so fun. If you do what we say, you will improve. You will see improvements and feel stronger and badass!
