Remember how fun field day was as a kid?
Well, this is like that but 10x better. Events, support, team work, and more. Every year we change up the events and every year you walk away proud and smiling!

We can't tell you what the events will be... but we can share that there is a little something for everyone. These are not "workouts" but actual events that will challenge you and help you see just how far you've come since being a part of our community.

We'll push through the challenge then celebrate with awards and food!
And perhaps... we'll have a trainer showdown... husband vs wife. Trainers vs. trainers. Lol.

SUMMER SHREDDERS: Your registration fee is waived, however please sign up as an RSVP so we can keep a proper head count.
NOT DOING THE SUMMER CHALLENGE? Or have a friend/spouse/significant other that wants to partake... No problem, you can still participate. Registration is just $20!
