Wanting to get better at running or have a running group/partner?
This weekend Jen will be running the bridge and all are welcome. This is a free training where she's inviting you to join her workout (like Dan and I do with TLAA). She'll share the goal for the morning and then it's self lead to do the best you can do for the run session.
Workout starts at the Cooper river bridge on the Mt Pleasant side - meet at the Mt pleasant visitor center on Harry Hallman Blvd.
