Get 8 weeks of personal nutrition & fitness coaching to look at food and workouts differently, be inspired to start and finish something that you’ve felt so weak and helpless with in the past with a personalized program created FOR YOU based on goals, timeline, lifestyle and more…

HOW'S IT GOING TO HAPPEN?
.
1. 30-45 minute talk.
We will Zoom together to talk goals, barriers/struggles, what's worked in the past, what hasn't worked, etc and set up a timeline and plan. I'll take the information and create a personalized nutrition plan for you that includes daily calories and macros. Don't worry, I'll show you how to easily track your food... so easy even a caveman could do it.

2. Weekly Workout Plans
After our talk, we'll put together a training plan each week to help you progress safely and efficiently. With checkins after workouts to discuss the workout itself, how you felt and if we need to make any tweaks.
.
3. Weekly checkins via your interactive weekly tracking sheet.
We'll chat how the week went, obstacles you faced, if we need to make any tweaks to your plan, etc. Every single week, you can count on me to be in your inbox! If we need to schedule a face to face, that can happen too.

4. Full access.
You’ll have 24/7 access to me via text (I use WHAT'S APP) and/or email. Out shopping and not sure which brand to go for? Snap a picture and I’ll respond as fast as possible! At a work party and feeling like you want a 2nd piece of cake? I'm here to help balance cravings and get through temptations!
Doing an exercise and not sure if it's correct? Film yourself and I'll look it over and make coaching suggestions and even film the moves correctly for you.

5. Additional coaching guides.
PDF guide of food substitutes, protein suggestions, healthy carbs ideas to add variety to your diet and more!

6. Over 150 recipes!
Get both of my 8-week cookbooks for hundreds of recipe ideas. Don’t worry, I don’t want you to use them all at once. We’ll talk about implementing just 1-2 new recipes per week to make sure things stay simple!

7. Commitment.
Before we begin, you’ll even commit yourself by signing a contract personally committing for the next 8 weeks, and I'll sign as well. We are in this together.
